SAP Program RKODEL01 - Delete CO orders

Use
This program deletes internal orders and their dependent objects, suchas long texts, change documents, cost segments, and so on.
The system does not check whether actual costs still exist on theorder. The orders are deleted irretrievably and can not be recreated.
For this reason, SAP advises you not to use this function in productionoperation. It is intended solely for the deletion of test data. Inproduction operation, you should use archiving for internal orders.

Observations for the paramaters
If you select the field "Only orders with deletion flag", the systemselects those orders for which the deletion flag has been set.
If you select the field "Test run only", the system creates a list oforders to be deleted. The orders themselves are not yet deleted. If youleave this field empty, the system deletes the relevant orders andtells you only how many were deleted.

NOTE&
In the update run, that is, when the "Only test run" field is empty, the system writes an entry in the application log that contains theselections entered. You can evaluate these entries using transactionSLG1. Enter "CORS" as the object, and "ORDER" as the sub-object. Thenchoose a suitable time period. Choose "Execute" to get a list of thecalls for the order deletion program. Double click on the desired rowand then choose "Detail". Position your cursor on the message "Deletionprogram was started for orders" to list the selection criteria withwhich the deletion program was started.

Deletion of product cost collectors
You can also use this program to delete product cost collectors (ordertype 05). However, data incostistencies may occur due to the associatedproduction and process orders. Therefore, you can only delete a productcost collector once the associated production and process orders havebeen archived or deleted, or at least until the deletion flag indicatorwas set.
To set the deletion indicator for production or process orders, you canuse the preprocessing program for the relevant archiving object(PP_ORDER or PR_ORDER)
