SAP Program RKETKEF_45B - Add missing fields to tables CE4xxxx_KENC and CE4xxxx_ACCT

Description Due to the false entries in the CO-PA field catalogue, fields for unitsof measure will not be added to the generated tables CE4xxxx_KENC andCE4xxxx_ACCT during the upgrade of 3.0 or 3.1 to 4.0 or 4.5. (xxxx -controlling area). This could cause data to be posted to the wrongprofitability segment. The XPRA adds the missing fields to the tables and reactivates thelatter.
