Description
Program RKACOR04 compares CO totals files COSP and COSS with line itemfile COEP. The period values of the totals records are thereby adjustedto equal the total of the associated line items.
When you start the report, you can decide whether to include only actualcosts (value types 04 and 11) and parked documents and/or commitmentvalues.
All totals records showing differences in a period between totalsrecords and the associated line items appear in a list. If you startedRKACOR04 with posting updates, it corrects the incorrect totals records.
Period totals values without line items are not changed, however,because their line items may have already been reorganized.
The program works by object. Based on the selection criteria, itdetermines all valid objects from ONR00 and carries out the comparisonfor each individually. Therefore, you should limit the object numbers toonly those objects actually storing costs and in which you suspecterrors. If table ONR00 is inconsistent and does not hold all objectnumbers, remove the inconsistencies beforehand with program RBONRRP1.
SAP recommends running the report in the background.

Use RKACOR04 only with support from the SAP Hotline service or from anexpert consultant for CO data structures.

Caution
Never run RKACOR04 for periods holding migration data (that is, forperiods before the migration from R/2 to ERP).
