SAP Program RJWCLSERIE001 - Creation of Standard Letter for Classified Business Partners

Purpose
For use in creating a standard letter for a sales promotion in order toobtain new customers. A sales activity can be created for each letter.
Business partners who are to receive the letter must be determined usingthe classification system.

Selection
Sales promotion: You must specify a valid sales promotion. Anauthorization check is performed using the publications and divisionsassigned to the campaign framework.
Text name: Specify the name of a user-defined standard text here.You can use transaction SO10 to create standard texts.
Class: You can use this pushbutton to determine thecharacteristics according to which business partners to be sent theletter are to be selected. The corresponding business partnercharacteristics must be maintained in the business partner records.
Including subscribers: You can determine whether all businesspartners who purchase one of the publications from your sales promotionare to receive the letter or whether it is only to be sent to businesspartners who do not purchase any of the publications from the salespromotion.
Form: Specify the name of the form for the standard letter here.A sample form is stored under the name ISP_SERIE_COMMON. All the fieldsin the structures JGTSADR and ADRS can be displayed in the form.
Sales activities: You can create a sales activity for eachbusiness partner who receives the letter. In this case, you must makeentries in the fields sales source, sales activity type, salesorganization, distribution channel and division.
If you select the indicator "Generate sales activities", the reportcreates a batch input session for generating the sales activities forthe selected business partners.
