SAP Program RJWAKTIST - Update Sales Promotions

Description
You can use this report to update sales promotions. The updated actualdata is posted to the corresponding sales promotion during the liverun.
The report output indicates the profitability of the correspondingsales promotion up to this time.
You can determine the sales promotion to be updated by specifying thevalidity period or by specifying its name. If a validity period isspecified, the system updates the sales promotions that are within thevalidity period.
Calculating actual data:

  • Number of sales activities

  • The system determines the number of sales activities for the salespromotion. If there are no sales activities for the promotion in thesystem, any data entered manually is not overwritten.
    • Number of trial items

    • The system determines the number of trial items that result from thesales promotion. Trial items that were already converted to a standarditem are not taken into account. These trial items are counted asstandard items.
      • Number of free items

      • The system determines the number of free items that resulted from thesales promotion. Free items that have already been converted to astandard item are not taken into account. These free items are countedas standard items.
        • Number of standard items

        • The system determines the number of standard items that resulted fromthe sales promotion. Trial and free items are counted as standard itemsif they have already been converted to a standard item.
          • Return rate

          • The return rate is determined from:
            (No.trial subs + no.free subs.) / number of sales activities
            • Success rate

            • The success rate is determined from:
              No.standard subs. / no.sales activities
              • Number of terminated subscriptions

              • The system determines terminated standard items that resulted from thesales promotion.
                • Number of reversed subscriptions

                • The system determines the number of reversed items (all item types)that resulted from the sales promotion.
                  • Costs of sales promotion

                  • If a CO order is specified in the promotion, the costs are determinedfor the CO order.
                    • Costs per order

                    • The costs per order (CPO) are determined from:
                      Actual costs / number of standard subscriptions

                      Output
                      The report outputs the values of all updated sales promotions. Thechanges are posted in the corresponding sales promotion.
