Transfer SD Orders to IS-M/SD Shipping Interface

Purpose
You want to use IS-M/SD to process shipping of media products sold bymeans of SD orders. An IS-M/SD shipping order item is created for eachSD order item and this is then included in IS-M/SD shipping.

Integration
Report RJVSD2MSD can be used to

• create IS-M/SD shipping order items for SD order items


• change IS-M/SD shipping order items for SD order items

Changes can only be made to the delivery quantity.
Rejection and deletion of SD order items is not supported at present.

Prerequisites
The following IS-M/SD Customizing settings must have been made:


• SD sales document types and item categories with the appropriate
IS-M/SD delivery type.
The following master data must be created, both in SD and in IS-M/SD:

• Ship-to party: business partner with address data


• Media product and issue, publication, edition and issue


• Mixes (if used)


• Delivery viability sets for edition or reference delivery viability set
for edition

• In the case of direct delivery to the unloading point, the unloading
point must exist and be specified for the ship-to party.
