It can be used to find delivery duplicates for a planning trigger andeliminate them.
The report is always inactive by default and if it is needed it must bemodified according to the actual problem scenario encountered.
It should only be used in exceptional situations, for example duringnetchange problem handling in connection with further problem servicereports.
