Import reference records for streets from the postal data file from theGerman postal service

Purpose
This report is primarily used to import the reference records (forstreets) from the previous version of the German postal data. Thisprocess is necessary in order to avoid having to process the referencerecords twice in a current version of the postal data, since thereference records are maintained for various versions simultaneously.
The data is imported without a change number to table JSTSTRDAVERW.
