Description
Batch transfer program: Transfers streets from German postal service.

Precondition
You must check the name of the dataset specified in the program. Nostreets should be created for the area covered by the German postalservice.
The only exception to this are cities for which the German postalservice does not provide a street directory.

Warnung
There is no way of guaranteeing that data will not be storedredundantly since the key for a street, the street number, is assignedinternally by the System.

Output
Error log listing errored records and those not transferred. If the endof the dataset is reached, this is noted at the end of the log.
