SAP Program RJRGEN00 - IS-M/SD: Generation of Daily Truck Routes

Description

This program performs automatic generation of daily truck routes.

Selection options
Automatic generation of daily truck routes is controlled by generationtriggers. Generation triggers are maintained exclusively for basictruck routes. The following must apply to relevant generation triggers:

  • The lock date must be past

  • They must have a generation status other than 'Generation complete',
  • 'Deletion complete', 'Manual creation' or 'Manual creation complete'.
    • The period for the generation trigger must be in the future.

    • You can specify other criteria on the selection screen to limit therelevant triggers to certain truck routes.
The selected generation triggers are generated one after the other.
Once generation has been performed successfully, the status of thegeneration trigger is set to 'Generation complete' or 'Deletioncomplete'.
A further parameter allows you to choose a test run (without databaseupdates).

      Precondition

      Which data must be maintained?
There must be generation triggers in the System that correspond to yourselection criteria.

The following procedures cannot be performed in parallel to automaticgeneration:

      • Editing generation trigger

      • Editing generation rule

      • Automatic generation of daily truck routes

      • Manual generation of daily truck routes

      • Individual processing of daily truck routes
      • Output

        Output structure
        Title page
The first page contains an overview of all selected triggers relevantto generation.
        Generation log per trigger
The log begins a new page for each trigger, repeating the generationtrigger at the top of the page.
The following information is then listed for each trigger for whichgeneration was performed:
Daily truck routes created for trigger
Daily truck routes deleted for trigger
Daily truck routes copied for trigger
The response to existing daily truck routes in automatic generation isdetermined by the settings for the generation trigger.
        Error log
At the end of the list, the report creates an error log listing thegeneration triggers for which generation was unsuccessful with a shortanalysis of the error.

        Output fields
(The list headers are displayed in brackets)

        Generation trigger list
        Fields for generation trigger:

        • Truck route (TrRte)

        • Lock date (Lock date)

        • Start of generation trigger (Gen.from)

        • End of generation trigger (Gen.to)

        • Generation trigger status (Stat)

        • Response to daily truck routes created automatically (Resp(aut.))

        • Response to daily truck routes created manually (Resp(m.))

        • Indicator: Generation for split route (Split route):

        • Generation triggers can only be maintained for basic truck routes. Ifsplit routes are assigned to selected basic truck routes, these arealso generated during automatic generation by generating temporarytrigger entries for split routes temporarily for the current programrun. These temporary triggers for split routes are marked as such.

          List for daily truck route
          Fields for daily truck route:

          • Run date

          • Individual period date

          • Indicator: Daily truck route was generated automatically

          • Internal program fields:
            • Weekday
            • List of triggers for which generation was not possible:
Each trigger for which an error occurred during generation is listedagain with a short analysis of the error.
