Create media issues in the issue sequence for a media product

Purpose
Report RJPMPGEN creates the media issues in an issue sequence (for amedia product) that are marked for creation in the issue sequence.
(The report creates media issues that are marked with a yellow trafficlight icon in the issue sequence.)

Output
The generation log is written to the application log and can bedisplayed using report RJPMPGEN_PROT.
