Precondition


• The postal charges for labeled periodical post is calculated according
to the weight of a package (including all inserts, gross weight) plus asurcharge for airmail distribution.

• A package may comprise several copies of a newspaper.


• The currency must be the same as that in which the postal charges are
recorded.

Output


• The list generated provides a detailed overview of the charges
incurred.
