Postal charge statistics for postal distribution items

• Selection screen

Selection can be restricted by publication and edition or instead bypostal distribution indicator.
You can also limit selection to goods arrival lists that have aparticular checking status.
You can define the evaluation period either by specifying the shippingdate, the publication date, the goods arrival list number (includingyear) or the issue number (including year).
You can choose one summation type (per goods arrival list, day, monthor year).
You can choose to display a totals list at the end of processing.

• A minimum invoice amount is not taken into account since this always
refers to one settlement and cannot therefore be assigned to a goodsarrival list. If a minimum invoice amount is ignored, the Systeminforms you of this fact. The message long textcontains further information.

• If condition documents already exist in the selected period, these are
used. Otherwise, pricing is repeated.
The currency must correspond to that of the postal charges recorded.

Output


• The charges are listed sorted by charge type.


• Summation by publication/edition and selected summation level.


• Summation: total charges per edition in the selected period.
