Evaluation of Complaints

Purpose
This function allows you to determine complaints and display these in alist.

Selection
The following selection criteria are available to you on the selectionscreen:

• Order data


• Complaint data

You can use the layout and print options to control how the list isdisplayed. If you have saved a display variant when making a selection,you can use it again in subsequent selections.

Output
The system displays complaints that match the selection criteria in alist on the display screen. The list is sorted in ascending order bysales document and item number. You can however use the Sort andAll list fields functions to sort this differently.
The system displays three lines for each complaint. Complaint data isfound in the first line followed by comments about the complaint in thesecond and third lines.
The following editing functions are available to you in the complaintslist in addition to the standard ABAP List Viewer functions:


• Display complaint data:

Access the complaints overview at header or item level from the listand display the complaint data.

• Change complaint data

Access the complaints overview at header or item level from the listand change the complaint data.

• Display complaint comment:

Access the complaint comment from the list and display the fullcomplaint comment.

• Change the complaint comment:

Access the complaint comment from the list and create a complaintcomment or add to an existing one.
Note:
You can only change a complaint in the list if the sales document forwhich the complaint has been entered has not been blocked by anotheruser. If you cannot change a complaint, you should identify which useris blocking the sales document in the blocking log.
If you want to display the changed complaint in the complaints list,you must generate this list again.
