Return Actual Data Manually from the Technical System (Online)

Purpose
This report is used to return actual data from the technical system(online) manually.

Prerequisites
No technical system (online) is connected to the Advertising ManagementSystem.

Features
This report has a selection and display screen.

Selection
The following selection criteria are available on the selection screen:

• Basic booking unit


• Content component for schedule line


• Planned publication date


• Published schedule lines (checkbox field)

If this indicator is selected, the system displays published schedulelines and those that have not yet been published in the schedule linestable.
If this indicator is not selected, the system only displays schedulelines that have not yet been published.

Output
The system displays online schedule lines that match the selectioncriteria in a table on the display screen. Schedule lines are sorted bysales document, item, sub-item and schedule line number in ascendingorder. They can however be sorted differently using the Sortfunction. Standard table control functions can be used to edit thetable.
