SAP Program RJFTRANSFERBR - IS-M/SD: Transfer Bank Returns to Financial Accounting

Description
This program is used to transfer bank returns research to Accounting.
There are three types of transfer depending on the research result:

  • Generate open item for customer in Financial Accounting

  • The program generates an open item in the target Financial Accountingsystem for each research (i.e. billing document affected by the bankreturn). The amount of the document item in the accounting documentcorresponds to the gross amount in the billing document.
    If you specified in the bank return research that the payment methodwas to be changed, this is done in the order and the affected billingindexes (e.g. invoice payment method). The new payment method requiresthe transfer type 'individual transfer'.
    • Repeat automatic debit

    • The system creates a G/L account posting (bank clearing account /interim account for bank return) for the gross amount in the billingdocument.
      The program generates the payment dataset for each research so thatautomatic debit can be repeated.
      The bank details are changed in the relevant orders and billingindexes.
      • Cancel billing document

      • The billing document is cancelled and transferred immediately toFinancial Accounting by individual transfer. This cancels the revenueand generates a credit memo.
        Since the credit memo generated has to be cleared, an open item isgenerated at the same time.
        If you specified in the bank return research that the payment methodwas to be changed, this takes place in the order and in the affectedbilling indexes (e.g. invoice payment method). The new payment methodrequires the transfer type 'individual transfer'.
        Please note that if you want to change the billing frequency orterminate the order, this must be done manually by the administrator.
