Title
Maintain Object Relations and GIS Method Repository

Purpose
Use this report to maintain object relations and the GIS methodrepository. You can also use it to display all SAP objects with yourmethods.

Integration
The report represents the first step for organizing the GIS BusinessConnector. The report for the definition of tasks uses the objectrelationships created in this report.
Note that the data structures are not modified if dependent dataexists. For example, you cannot change method parameters if fieldallocations are defined for them.

Features
There is a navigation tree on the left hand side of the dialog box. Thetree provides two views:

  • GIS objects and methods

  • In this view you can delete or rename objects and methods, and createmethods for objects.
To execute a function, select the corresponding entry.
    • SAP objects and methods

    • In this view you can display all objects and methods of the BusinessObject Repository (BOR).
To create an object relation, insert a line into the table of objectrelations. The name of the object relation must be unique.
      • As the SAP object you can use all SAP objects that are displayed in the
      • navigation tree.
        • As the GIS object you can use all GIS objects that are displayed in the
        • navigation tree, or you can create a GIS object that is not part of thetree.
This object is displayed in the tree as a new object.
To maintain the signature of GIS methods, choose the method by double-clicking on it. The existing parameters are displayed in the top rightpart of the window. Process the signature according to its specificati
ons. If structured parameters are used, you must first maintain them.
If you double-click on the corresponding structure name, a table formaintaing the structure opens in the bottom right part of the window.
To be able to call up the methods, you must maintain the connectionparameters for each GIS method.
You can also display the program code that is generated by theinterface.
