Purpose
You can use this program to delete data on aclaim in the tables ICL*and ICS*.
The following data cannot be deleted with this program, as it is storedin other systems:

• Notes


• Correspondence


• CD documents (payment documents)

The results log records whether notes, correspondence, or CD documentsexist in a claim.
References in the basis tables to archiving of documents viaArchive Link are deleted.

Selection
You can enter one single claim or several claims.
If you set the Delete flag, the data records are deleted. If younot set the flag, the data records are output.

Output
The following facts are recorded in the results log:


• Fact whether notes exist


• Fact whether correspondence exists


• Fact whether CD documents (payment documents) exist


• Numbers of the claims that have been deleted or not been deleted

Activities
Note: With this program no check is made on any authorizationobject. For this reason, abreakpoint is set at DELETEin the processing. If you want to delete the data records, meaning thatyou set the Delete flag, you must deactivate this breakpoint.
