Displaying and Changing Operations

Purpose
The report program is used to print a list of operations for serviceand maintenance orders, with the option of being able to change somefield entries. The operation data comprises time, work center and othercontrol information.
A changeable list of operations can, for example, be used for:

• Continued collective processing of operations with particular features


• Displaying the worklist at an internal work center


• Completion confirmation of tasks


• Deadline monitoring in planning


• Capacity planning with reference to personnel and material in planning

When selecting the orders, restricting criteria are available in thefollowing categories:

• Order status (historical or current)


• Order data


• General data/administrative data


• Personnel numbers


• Scheduling data


• Paging status

Features
You receive a printed list of all the orders which satisfy yourselection criteria. The basic list contains the number of the order towhich an operation is assigned, the operation number, the work centerand the short text for all the order operations selected. Here, you canchange the detail data for the order and the work center. Using Change<-> Display, you can move between change mode and display mode (whichdoes not permit changes).
