SAP Program RHXKURS3_LSO - Participation and Sales Statistics

Description
This report generates a list of participation and sales statistics(sales = number of participants x price) for all of the coursesscheduled for selected courses in the specified period.
Depending on the selection period, you can also report on participantsthat can be billed and allocated.

Selection
The report output depends on the objects selected for reporting,on the reporting period, and on the report parameters you set.

Organizer
If you select an organizer type and enter a valid training provider,the report only displays courses organized by the training provideryou specify.

Course location
If you select this indicator and enter a valid location, the reportonly displays courses held at this location.

Currency
If you enter a currency key here, the report displays sales statisticsin the currency you specify if the exchange rate is maintained in tableTCURC. If it is not maintained, the sales statistic is highlighted inred.
If you do not specify a currency, the statistics are displayed in the
currency most often used for course prices.

Standard selection screen
This is not a data selection parameter. If you select this indicatorand choose Execute, then before the report is executed, it takesyou to the extended selection screen of the main report RHKURS30.
Note
On the selection screen of the main report, you can search for objectsby, for example, status. As a rule, it is not necessary to go to themain report since the pre-report offers sufficient selection options.Do not select this indicator if you do not want to access the mainreport before choosing Execute.

Output
The report's list screen can contain the following information:

  • Course name

  • Total number of particpants per course type

  • Total sales per course type

  • Participants to be allocated internally

  • Participants to be billed externally

  • Sum total of sales

    • You select the data you want displayed under Change layout.
    When you choose this function, a dialog box appears with the columnsthat are displayed on the list screen in the left table, and the hiddencolumns in the right table.
    The arrows let you determine what columns are displayed. To transferthe changed layout, choose Transfer.
    To save the layout, choose Save layout. You can call this layoutas required by choosing Choose layout .
