This report displays the number of prebookings for organizational unitson the different business event types and the costs to be expected(derived from the internal costs of the business event types).

Definition
As a rule, the report includes all direct prebookings for theorganizational units specified, i.e. all prebookings where attendeesare not named (known as "N.N. prebookings").
If you set this parameter, prebookings for individual named personsassigned to the specified organizational units are also included.
