Use
You can use this report to output overviews of the totals of the absenceand attendance times over the entire education and training period.

Preconditions
You have defined the balances to be output in the individual columns ofthe report in the Specify Layout of Educationand Training Time Statement IMG activity.

Features

• This report outputs a student nurse's education and training hours
collected over the entire training time. You can use the report in thefollowing ways:
You display a student nurse's times on screen.
You print the report for multiple student nurses. Each student nursesdata is displayed on a separate page. These printouts are particularlyuseful for documenting that a student nurses education and training hasbeen conducted in accordance with the regulations.

• The report reads the balances specified in the IMG activity from the
SALDO table on the B2 cluster. The system outputs the status of thebalances as follows:
The first line shows the overall total of the collected education andtraining times up to the first day of the chosen evaluation month.
The second line shows the total of the collected education and trainingtimes for the chosen evaluation month.
