Purpose
This program starts the automatic commitment creation for all objectsthat were earmarked for the change log for refinancing.
It should either be scheduled as a job or started manually.

Selection
The program evaluates all the objects registered in the change log andstarts the commitment creation for these objects.

Output
When processing in dialog, the log is displayed directly. If the programis executed in the background, take the run number from the Job Log
of the Job Overview. You can then display thelog for this run number.
The problems that occur are then presented to the person responsiblewith an active workflow.
