FTE Limits

Purpose
This program determines the number and classification of FTEs for abudget for each employee group, employee subgroup, FTE limitsand career group.
This information is required in order to monitor that the FTE limitsare not exceeded.

Prerequisites
The employee group and employee subgroup, the pay scale evaluation, thecareer group and the FTE limits must be maintainedfor all budget structure elements whose budget is managed on FTEs.

Output
The budget structure elements determined in a budget are issued with thefollowing information in the form of a table:

• Employee group


• Employee subgroup


• FTE limits


• Career groups


• Pay scale groups


• Number of FTEs


• Subtotal and total
