Description
In the existing holder relationships with the position, users can bereplaced with relevant persons. The corresponding inverse relationshipsare also created.
It is not possible to replace a user with a person if:

• such an assignment does not exist, or


• the company code or employee group/subgroup of the person and the
position are not the same.
In the standard system, all positions of the organizational unitspecified are taken into account.
Parameter SORG:
All positions in the organizational structure are taken into account.
Parameter REPL:
Individual holder relationships can be chosen for replacement.
Parameter TEST: the database is not updated (test mode)
Parameter SEL : standard selection screen

Precondition
If integration with Personnel Administration is active, therelationship between persons and users must be maintained in infotype105 (Communication) of the HR master record.
