Description
This report generates a tabular display of the reservations for aselected resource type over a specified period of time. The report alsodisplays any courses that have reserved the resource type.
Depending on the period type you choose, the table is displayed in anhourly, daily or weekly period split.

Selection
The report output depends on the objects selected for reporting,on the reporting period, and on the report parameters you set.

Hour
If you select this indicator, the tabular display shows resourcereservation in an hourly period split.

Day
If you select this indicator, the tabular display shows resource
reservation in a daily period split.

Week
If you select this indicator, the tabular display shows resource
reservation in a weekly period split.

Firmly booked courses
If you select this indicator, the report only considers courses
in firmly booked status.

Planned courses
If you select this indicator, the report only considers courses inplanned status.

Location
If you specify a valid location, the report only considers courses
held at the specified location.

Min. reservation per resource
If you enter a number here, the report only considers resources
that have been reserved at least the specified number of times.
If you enter 0 the report also displays resource types that havenot been reserved.

Display IDs
If you select this indicator, the table also includes the IDs of theresources.

Display days off (only daily period split)
If you select this indicator, days off are displayed in the table ifyou have also selected the Day indicator.

Only one reservation per resource
If you select this indicator, the report only displays one reservation
per resource.

Output
The table output by the report contains the followinginformation:

• Resource type name


• Selection period


• Weekdays/date/time (depending on period split selected)


• Resource name


• Course short name

The screen also contains the following functions:

• Change the period split on which the table is based.


• Under Edit, you can switch between the display of single and
multiple reservations of a resource.

• Display the participant list of any course by selecting a course in the
list and choosing Participant list.

• Display the time schedule of any course by selecting a course in the
list and choosing Course schedule.

• Display resource reservation data in graphical format by choosing
Graphics which calls the SAP GANTT chart.
