SAP Program RHPREBO0 - Prebookings per Attendee

Description
This report generates a list of all prebookings made for all businessevent types in a specified period. Prebookings are listed perindividual attendee or group attendee. The report output also displaysexpected costs, derived from the price (external or internal) storedfor the business event type per group attendee or individual attendee.
This report has a pre-report RHXVORM1 with a simplified selectionscreen.

Selection
The report output depends on the objects selected for reporting,on the reporting period, and on the report parameters you set.

Location
If you specify a location here, the report only lists attendeesprebookings for business event types held at the specified location.

Language
If you specify a language, the report only lists prebookings for
business event types held in the specified language.
No input is interpreted as all languages.

With employee prebookings
If you select this indicator, in the case of N.N. bookings for groupattendees, the prebookings are listed per named employee in the group.

Without employee prebookings
If you select this indicator, in the case of N.N. bookings only the
N.N. prebookings are displayed.

Output
The report's list screen can contain the following information:

  • Sum total of prebookings

  • Business event type name

  • Prebooking period per business event type

  • Employee name or N.N. in the case of group attendees when you select

  • 'Without employee prebookings'
    • Validity period of business event type

    • Business event language

    • Business event location

    • You select the data you want displayed under Change layout.
      When you choose this function, a dialog box appears with the columnsthat are displayed on the list screen in the left table, and the hiddencolumns in the right table.
      The arrows let you determine what columns are displayed. To transferthe changed layout, choose Transfer.
      To save the layout, choose Save layout. You can call this layoutas required by choosing Choose layout .

      You can execute the following functions from the list screen:
      • Display and edit any notes that are stored for the prebookings.
