Displaying messages

Purpose
This program displays a list of messages that occurred either duringthe overall budget carryforward or during the determining of theworklist.
Messages for all persons responsible for the budget are displayed inthe list.
You can process all messages directly within the list. In addition, youhave the possibility of informing the person responsible for the budgetby mail.

Prerequisites
Messages occurred during the overall budget carryforward.
