Description
You can use this report to create a scale with the same proficienciesand proficiency texts as the standard scale used in Release 3.x of thePersonnel Development component.
As of Release 4.0 it is possible to use more than one proficiencyscale. To prevent inconsistencies arising in data, please continue touse the same scale for the evaluation of all qualifications that werealready related to an object in the old dataset.

Output
Procedure
If required, select Test.
Choose Program -> Execute.
The Convert standard scale dialog box appears.
If necessary, change the name of the scale.
Save the scale.
Result
A new scale with the proficiencies and proficiency texts of theprevious standard scale is created.
If there were translations for proficiencies of the standard scale,these are also saved.
This scale should now be assigned to the qualification groupsapplicable to the qualifications already being used.
