Description
This report generates a list of business event dates scheduled perbusiness event type in the period you specify.
The report does not display events that are canceled, locked,historically recorded, or followed up.
This report has a pre-report RHXKBRO1 with a simplified selectionscreen.

Selection
The report output depends on the parameters you set in addition to theobjects specified for the report and the selection periodspecified.

Location
If you select this indicator and enter a valid location, the report
only displays events held at the specified location.
No input is interpreted as all locations.

Language
If you enter a valid language key here, the report only displaysbusiness events held in the specified language.
No input is interpreted as all languages.

Selected event types only
This parameter only applies if you want to use the function 'Brochure'
from the list screen generated by the report or if you want to
print the list of event dates that apply to external attendees only.
This parameter lets you specify that only event types are to beincluded in the list that have the indicator Include in eventbrochure set in the Business Event Type Info infotype (1029).
If you do not select this indicator, all of the event types that youselected for the report under Business event selection areincluded in the event brochure.

Standard selection screen
This is not a data selection parameter. If you select this indicatorand choose Execute, then before the report is executed, it takesyou to the extended selection screen of the main report RHKBRO10.
Note
On the selection screen of the main report, you can search for objectsby, for example, status. As a rule, it is not necessary to go to themain report since the pre-report offers sufficient selection options.Do not select this indicator if you do not want to access the mainreport before choosing Execute.

Output
The report's list screen can contain the following information:

• Business event type name


• Selection period


• Number of event dates scheduled


• Business event dates


• Business event locations


• Business event languages


• Business event short name

You select the data you want displayed under Change layout.
When you choose this function, a dialog box appears with the columnsthat are displayed on the list screen in the left table, and the hiddencolumns in the right table.
The arrows let you determine what columns are displayed. To transferthe changed layout, choose Transfer.
To save the layout, choose Save layout. You can call this layoutas required by choosing Choose layout .
