Description
This report generates a list displaying the demand that exists forcourses of a given type and the number of courses already planned.
You can run the report to determine demand for a planning year or forindividual quarters of a year.
You can display a breakdown of demand per language and per locationseparately.
The report can display details of whether the demand is covered or notby the number of courses scheduled.
The report has a pre-report RHXKBED0_LSO with a simplified selectionscreen.

Selection
The report output depends on the objects you select for thereport and the reporting period you specify. You can also selectthe following parameters:

Annual demand
Enter the calendar year for which you require demand statistics.

1st quarter/2nd quarter/3rd quarter/4th quarter
The report considers each quarter you select.

Course location
If you select this indicator and enter a valid location, the report onlydetermines demand for courses at the specified location.
No input is interpreted as all locations.

Language
If you enter a valid language key, the report only displays statisticsfor courses held in the specified language.
No input is interpreted as all languages.

Layout
If you save a specific display format for the list and enter a name forit under Layout, the list is output in the specified layout.

Split by language
If you select this indicator, demand per course type is split bylanguage. You can use the function keys to switch between detaileddisplay and summarized view.

Split by location
If you select this indicator, demand per course type is split bylocation. You can use the function keys to switch between detaileddisplay and summarized view.

Output
The report's list screen contains the following information:

• Course type name


• Delivery method


• Course location


• Course language


• Outstanding demand, that is, the number of dates required sorted by
quarter

• Covered demand, that is, the number of dates already planned sorted by
quarter

• Total outstanding demand per course type


• Total covered demand per course type

If courses for which no demand has been determined have been scheduledfor a quarter, these course dates are not included in the list.
You can execute the following functions from the list screen:

• Display existing course dates scheduled for course types.


• Plan course dates.


• Create demand or change existing demand figures.


• Split the display by course language.


• Split the display by course location.
