Purpose
Use this report to reimport Applicant Data from UCAS Web Service.

Selection

• Import Date and Time

You have the option to reimport data based on Date and Time
of previous import. The report reimports data from the selected dateand time onwards.

• Error Messages and Warnings

During reimport, you can choose to Ignore Warning messages.

• Applicants

You can choose to import data for selected set of applicants or a singleapplicant.

• Logs

You have the option to both Save and Display a log of thereimported Applicant Data.

Activities
On the report selection screen, enter the relevant information.
To reimport Applicant Data based on a specific selection criteria,choose Select Applicants. The UCAS Report for ImportingApplicant Data screen displays options for the Selection Method
.
Choose Students via Student Number to import multipleApplicants Data. You can select the applicant data import bycreating a Selection Variant.
Choose Student via Student Number to import Applicant Datafor particular student. You can select the student by entering his orher Student Number.
To save a log of imported Applicant Data, choose Save ImportLog.
To view a log of the imported Applicant Data choose ShowImport Log.
To execute the report, choose Program -> Execute.
The report reimports Applicant Data based on your selection parameters.If you selected Show Import Logs, the report displays a log ofthe imported data.
