SAP Program RHEMPL00 - Employee List

Description
This report generates a list of all employees in an organizational unitor external company for a specified selection period.
Such a list would be useful, for example, when you want to replace orrebook attendance for N.N. bookings. You can use the list generated toselect employees as replacement candidates.
This report has a pre-report RHXFIRMA with a simplified selectionscreen.

Selection
The report output depends on the objects you select for thereport, the reporting period you specify, and the reportparameters you set.

With indirect employees
If you select this option, the report also display employees insubordinate organizational units to the one specified.

Output
The report's list screen can contain the following information:

  • Employee's name

  • Employee's abbreviation

  • Organizational assignment

  • You select the data you want displayed under Change layout.
    When you choose this function, a dialog box appears with the columnsthat are displayed on the list screen in the left table, and the hiddencolumns in the right table.
    The arrows let you determine what columns are displayed. To transferthe changed layout, choose Transfer.
    To save the layout, choose Save layout. You can call up thislayout as required by choosing Choose layout.
