Purpose
Use this program to specify the organizational unit for which you wantto create a budget structure.
The main advantage of using this program is that it can be run as abatch report, thereby reducing the run time for a large organizationalstructure.

Selection
You must make entries in the Budget type and Budget periodfields.
Number of levels:
Enter a number in this field, if you want to process specific levels inthe budget/organizational structure.
For example, if you enter 3, the system selects three levels ofthe budget/organizational structure, using the budget/organizationalunit you enter as the starting point.
Leave this field empty, if you want to edit an entire structure withoutany restrictions.
Stock unit:
This field applies to LTI budgets only. Here, you enter your ownfour-character name that indicates whether a stock split has occurred.For example, PR99 could represent stock pre-1999. To configure yoursystem, go to the IMG step Enterprise Compensation Management ->Global Settings -> Stock Units -> DefineStock Units.
Note: If you do not enter a stock unit, the system does not generate abudget structure.

Output
The system displays a unique budget structure identifier (an 8 digitnumber) that you can use to locate the budget structure in the userinterface.
