Description
This report prints out the attendance list of the employees from theorganizational units entered for the chosen period. The first listshows the shifts, temporary assignments and availability duties of theemployees. The detail view displays attendances, absences andsubstitutions.
Blank columns are not displayed in the printouts. For example, if noneof the employees is available during the period entered, the columndisplaying availability duty is not printed.
Use the HR_DISPLAY_BASIC_LIST module to print out the data. All otheroptions in this module can also be used, to download data to MicrosoftExceL and Word, for example.
