Description
This program checks, prior to the changeover, whether theorganizational units assigned to the active package (companies,ledgers) have already been carried forward into the next year.
It also checks whether status management is blocked in the previousyear for the subgroup and companies concerned. If necessary, statusmanagement is reset for the new fiscal year.
During the changeover process, the program runs in the ANALYZE and FILLphases.

Output
The program generates a list of missing objects.
