Description
This program is used to print data entry forms.

Precondition
If the company for which the data entry form is to be printed hasbeen assigned a data entry form group, then all the data entry forms inthis group can be printed as a bundle.

Output
You can choose to print either a blank data entry form or an audittrail showing all the values entered.
