Description
This program calculates retained earnings and makes any necessary itemsubstitutions in period 0 (balance carryforward) for individualfinancial statement data transferred to the database FILCT by means ofrealtime update.
The functions provided by this program are identical to those in thestandard FI-LC program RGCCHP00, except for the prescribed period 0(balance carryforward).
The program does not automatically run during the changeover process,you need to start it manually. For more information, see thedocumentation for the program RGCCHP00.

Precondition
Data in the carryforward period has already been reconciled with FIdata (program RGCEUR30).
