XPRA for the new field T005-XXINVE (capital goods indicator)

Purpose
Prior to Release 4.70, the capital goods indicator was displayed inFrance, Portugal, and Spain. This logic was hard coded.
From Release 4.70, country table T005 contains the new indicatorXXINVE. It controls whether the capital goods indicator is to bedisplayed if the company code for a posting is in the relevant country.The report sets the indicator in France, Portugal, and Spain so thatcustomers in these countries do not have to manually maintain thistable after an upgrade in order to continue using the functions.
