Description
This program preassigns the new field FAUS2 with '----' in tables T077Dand T077K, and '....' in tables T078D, T078K.
This means that all the fields in the new field selection bar FAUS2 arehidden in all account groups, and defined as optional entries in theactivities.

Precondition
These entries are only made in fields that have not already beenfilled.

Output
All table entries in all clients are overwritten.
