Purpose
The program converts data from the following tables

The following attributes of the previous rental request ("applications)
are not converted

Valid-to date of application

Building type
Floors
Locations
Area type
Room type
Notes
Rejection
Contact person
Employer information
Parking space information
The from-to values for the number of rooms or area factors aredetermined.
Rental requests for usage types that are not maintained in conversionCustomizing are not transferred.
In the parameters, you can also specify if transferred rental requestsare to be changed again by the following transfer. In this way, it ispossible to transfer rental requests to be able to react to any changesin Customizing settings.
The program generates rental requests that link to the previous rentalrequest ("application"). You can link to the old dialogs of theconverted data using an icon in the dialog "Display rental request".
