Before you initially run the report there must be at least one formletter for each rental agreement type in the word processing systemwhich you use for correspondence. This also applies to the accompanyingletter.
These letters are found in the following documentgroups:

• Accompanying letters for
rental offer are indocument group MVAN.

• Residential rental agreements are in document group
WMV1.

• Garage rental agreements are in document group GAMV.


• Commercial rental agreements are in document group
GEMV.
Make sure this requirement has been fulfilled.
