Purpose
Report FO_RFVIITLBZX can be used for laterentering dates of service or manual option rates.
Report selections:

• Entry data of documents


• Limit to certain account assignments (such as, only documents for
corrections items)
List output:

• List of all line items with input tax that were not yet distributed

User options:

• Filter and sort, as you are accustomed to in ALV lists

• Make entries for selected row

Enter manual option rate in dialog box
Automatically copy the average option rate stored in the correction itemto the Manual Option Rate field.
Enter date of service in dialog box
Consequences for input tax distribution:

• If there is an entry in the Manual Option Rate field, the system
uses this option rate for input tax distribution.

• If the date of service is entered, but an option rate is not entered,
then the system uses the option rate that is valid on the date ofservice for the input tax distribution.

• If there is no entry in either field, then the system uses one of the
following for the input tax distribution
The option rate on the posting date
The option rate from the month of the first usage, as long as theposting date is greater than or equal to the date of first usage (finalinvoices) (correction items only)
The system acts as described here regardless of whether the posting isan acquisition or a retirement.
You can specify the object types for which the system expects a date ofservice to be entered. You make this setting using custom error messages for these objects:

• RE_IT 210 for correction items


• RE_IT 211 for real estate objects


• RE_IT 212 for contracts


• RE_IT 213 for settlement units/cost collectors
