Purpose
This program is for transferring cost events to the billing system (forinstance Service Billing). You can schedule the job periodically.

Integration
This program can be used in the Schedule Manager.

Prerequisites
The transfer is implemented as a Business Add-In (BAdI). (Definitionname: UBC_CE_TRANSFER).
The transfer to the Service Billing application of SAP BillerConsolidator is delivered as a reference implementation of the BAdI(implementation name UBC_CE_TRANSFER_SB).
If you use a distributed system landscape, i.e. Service Billing isrunning on another system, you have to set up and define an RFCconnection (transaction UBC5).
If the data is transferred to another billing system, you have toimplement the BAdI accordingly.

Selection
Select cost events to be transferred according to their date ofcreation. You can simulate the transfer by setting the switch.
If you wish to transfer large datasets to the billing application, it isadvisable to split up the data. You can set the parameters for thepackage size.
You can also set the level of detail that is written in the log.

Output
If errors occur during transfer, a log is generated for each costevent.The cost events with errors are not transferred. After you fix theerrors in the cost events in the billing system, these can betransferred at a later date. You can specify in the selection screen thelevel of detail output in the log.
