Description
This report is used to evaluate business volume per hotel chain. Listoutput is hierarchical, that is, first the total business volume perhotel chain is shown in a ranking list. The business volume of therelevant individual bookings can be viewed interactively by clicking on'Expand'.

Interactive functions in the list
In the expanded list of 'individual bookings', you can display the nameof the relevant employee in a dialog box by clicking on the personnelnumber. The relevant travel plan can displayed by clicking on the tripnumber.

Runtime
The runtime of the report depends to a great extent on the selectioncriteria chosen.
The two selection group boxes 'Personal data' and 'Selection via searchhelp' support the selection of personal data.
The selection of individual bookings takes place via the selectiongroup boxes 'Travel plan variants' and 'Hotel bookings'.
The output currency can be specified for presentation of transactions.The amounts are calculated for the exact dates of trip departure.
