Purpose
You can use this report to display the open and cleared items ofmultiple contracts.

Selection
You can enter the selection criteria for the contracts you want toreport on in these group boxes:

• Contract Selection


• Period/Key Date


• Filter

For the selected contracts, the system selects and displays the itemsfor all partners that are assigned to a posting term. You should beaware that the selection by business partner and business partner roledetermines only the selection of the contracts, but does not limit theselection of the items for these contracts.
You have the following options for selecting the items:

• Select Open Items

The report displays all items that are open on the key date entered.

• Select All Items:

The report selects all cleared items that have a posting date within theentered time period. In addition, all open items are considered that arestill open at the end of the entered time period.

• If you set the Select Unassigned Items indicator, then, in
addition to the partners determined by the above selections, the systemselects all items that are not assigned to a contract (that is, the
contract number and contract type fields are empty in the lineitem).

• You can also limit the items using the Baseline Date for
Payment field.

Output
The report displays the selected items in list form with the usualstandard functions for sorting, filtering, subtotaling, and so on.

Example
You want to report on the open items for contracts of a given businessentity. You can follow this example:


• By selecting using the business entity of the contract

, you can limit the contracts.

• To evaluate the totals and compare them for all open items of a business
entity, filter and subtotal for the BusinessEntity of an Item field.
