SAP Program RFREBD_FILL_PROPERTY_IDOC - Filling of IDoc for PropertyREFX.Create

Purpose This program generates an IDoc record for a land (business objectPropertyREFX). The IDoc record contains the data in the sameformat as if it had been transferred by IDoc to create a new object onthe basis of the transferred data.
