Description
This program lists new/changed bank data and allows incorrect data tobe corrected. You can call it up via two functions (seeprenotification overview):
RESET N1

• By choosing Display file and selecting a prenotification file if
you want to edit records from a particular file.

• By choosing Change memo record and entering selection criteria.

You can display information on the prenotification file by pressing the"File data" pushbutton for the record on which the cursor is currentlyplaced.
For correcting incorrect bank data, the procedure varies depending onwhether the house bank's feedback
RESET N1
exists as a list or
was carried out via a file which was transferred into the systemusing the Import feedback function.
Procedure for case 1:
Select Display file and then display all records from a file orChange memo record and display all the records on the selectionscreen.
Select the data recognized by the bank as being incorrect by switchingto the change mode and making entries in the fields for errors.
Save these entries. The records with errors are highlighted in adifferent color.
Continue to proceed as in case 2.
Procedure for case 2:
Place the cursor on a line with errors (which is highlighted in adifferent color) and press the "Master record" pushbutton.
Correct the bank data in the master record and go back after saving theprenotification.
Select the error in the first column by clicking on it as beingcompleted.
Save these comments. The lines affected are no longer displayed in adiferent color.
When calling up this program, if you selected records for which aprenotification file was not yet created then there cannot be anyfeedback from the house bank as yet. In this case, you can only displaya limited number of relevant fields and you do not have authorizationto change anything.
