Purpose
Program RFPERIOD_OPEN opens specified posting periods.

Prerequisites
If company codes with incompatible fiscal year variants are combined ina company code variant, the system determines the maximum valid numberof posting periods using the fiscal year variant with the largest numberof main periods.

Features
For a company code variant and account type as well as a fiscal year,main periods and partial periods are only opened in the specifiedperiods (period 1 and period 2).

Selection
Company Code Variant: Company code variant for which the periodsneed to be closed.
Fiscal Year: Fiscal year in which the periods need to be closed
From Period (period 1): First main period that is open
To Period (period 1): Last main period that is open
From Period (period 2): First partial period that is open
To Period (period 2): Last partial period that is open
Account Type/Masking: Account type for which the selection is tobe valid
