Transaction Register Report with FACTS I Attributes

Purpose
The report displays transactions showing attributes relevant to FACTSI.These attributes include, but are not limited to, fiscal year, account,and apportionment category.

Features
This report uses the ABAP List Viewer (ALV). This allows you to choose,change, and save display variants. Fields can be hidden, moved around,and resized. Data can be sorted, summarized, and filtered on one ormore fields.

Selection
The standard selection screen contains the following blocks:

• Common data


• General ledger data

The transaction currency is the only mandatory field. The otherselection fields are optional. However, you should enter values for asmany fields as possible to reduce the result set.

Output
The report displays transactions showing all attributes that arerelevant to FACTSI. Once you have the data in your desired format, youcan print it or export it to a text file.
